How to Request Deletion

Send an email to info@tmmarketingllc.com with the subject Site Poster Data Deletion Request. Use the email address associated with your Site Poster account, or include enough information for us to identify the account for which deletion is requested.

Facebook and Instagram Data

If you connected a Facebook Page or professional Instagram account to Site Poster, you may specifically request deletion of information Site Poster received or stored in connection with that authorization. You can also revoke Site Poster's access from the settings provided by Meta. Revoking access prevents future actions using that authorization but does not by itself necessarily delete information already stored by Site Poster.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information and connected-account information associated with the request where reasonably possible, including stored authorization credentials that are no longer required. Information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights.

Published Content

Deleting information from Site Poster does not automatically remove posts or other content that has already been published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogger, Wix, or another third-party platform. Published content is controlled by the relevant platform and may need to be removed through that platform.

Confirmation

We will respond to valid deletion requests and provide confirmation when the request has been processed, subject to applicable legal and verification requirements.
